The first day of school was filled with smiles, excitement, and plenty of familiar faces across the Onteora Central School District on September 8!

At Onteora High and Middle School, students caught up with friends, teachers, and staff as they settled back into the school routine. Between finding lockers, checking schedules, and reconnecting with classmates, students were ready to kick off what promises to be a fantastic year!

Over at Bennett Elementary School, students were greeted by a colorful welcome as the front steps were decorated with balloons and banners thanks to the PTA. Inside, teachers and staff lined the hallways with warm smiles and welcoming hugs as students made their way to their new classrooms.

At Woodstock Elementary School, the excitement was just as strong! Students jumped right back into the fun, with activities in the library including making bookmarks, playing card games, exploring the meditation sand, and, of course, reading books.

Here’s to a wonderful school year filled with learning, laughter, friendship, and lots of great memories! We’re so glad you’re back!
