                                  Free Online Nutrition Lessons 

Call (845) 340-3990, Register Today! Lessons are offered one-hour a week on Zoom. You choose your own schedule! This FREE nutrition series is for parents with children in the household under age 19, and are eligible for Head Start, Medicaid, SNAP, WIC, OR free/reduced school lunch.
