ANY athlete who has been removed from PE/Sports by a medical provider, must have a note from a medical provider clearing them to return to ALL physical activities INCLUDING Sports. The medical director will need to review the athletes note for clearance to return to activity before the athlete can return to play. To make returning to participation smoother, the note to return should read: student is cleared to return to all physical education (gym), sports, recreational activities without restrictions at this time.  The note must include both sports and physical education.
