Greene County Taxpayers

It came to our attention this morning, that an error occurred during the printing of the school tax bills for Onteora Central School District properties located in the town of Lexington in Greene County. (Approximately 170 bills)  The error inadvertently caused a tripling at the bottom of the bill for the total amount due. There are no errors on the property tax bills for properties located in Ulster County and the amount due is correct on the website.

New bills are being re-printed and will be mailed out to all homeowners that were affected by this error. While the tax bills for Lexington were printed incorrectly, the data is correct and can be accessed at www.taxlookup.net. Click on Ulster, then Onteora and enter the property information to access your bill.
